Terms and Conditions
Registration:
- By registering for the conference, attendees agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein.
- Registrations are non-transferable without prior written consent from the conference organizers.
- All registrations are subject to availability, and the organizers reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration at their discretion.
- The information provided must be accurate. In the event of registration under an incorrect subscription, a request for payment of the difference or cancellation will be made, subject to the conditions stated.
Refunding Policy:
- Until 30 September 2024:
- Attendees can receive a 75% refund of the ticket price.
- A 25% administration fee will be deducted from the ticket price for cancellation.
- From 1 October to 31 October 2024:
- Attendees can receive a 50% refund of the ticket price.
- A 50% administration fee will be deducted from the ticket price for cancellation.
- Starting from 1 November 2024:
- No refund will be issued.
- This is the final deadline, and no refund requests will be accepted after this date.
Program Changes:
The conference schedule, speakers, and sessions are subject to change without prior notice. The organizers will make reasonable efforts to inform registered attendees of any changes.
Photography and Recording:
- Attendees may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
- By participating in the event, I agree not to take any photographs, videos, or recordings of any individuals without their explicit consent. I understand that SOS respects the privacy of all participants, and I will adhere to the no photography policy throughout the duration of the event.
Intellectual Property:
All conference materials are protected by intellectual property rights.
Code of Conduct:
Respectful behaviour is expected from all attendees.
Liability:
Organizers are not liable for any losses or damage incurred.
Acceptance:
By registering, attendees agree to these terms.
