1. By registering for the conference, attendees agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Registrations are non-transferable without prior written consent from the conference organizers.
3. All registrations are subject to availability, and the organizers reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration at their discretion.
4. Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
5. The information provided must be accurate. In the event of registration under an incorrect subscription, a request for payment of the difference or cancellation and refund will be made, subject to the conditions stated.

Program Changes:

The conference schedule, speakers, and sessions are subject to change without prior notice. The organizers will make reasonable efforts to inform registered attendees of any changes.

Code of Conduct:

Respectful behaviour is expected from all attendees.

Liability:

Organizers are not liable for any losses or damage incurred.

Program Changes:

1. Attendees may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
2. By participating in the event, I agree not to take any photographs, videos, or recordings of any individuals without their explicit consent. I understand that SOS respects the privacy of all participants, and I will adhere to the no photography policy throughout the duration of the event.

All conference materials are protected by intellectual property rights.
